Will J. Belton, President of CDFS – Port Cameron – Owner/Principal of AAmagin Property Group, has over 25 years of diverse experience that include asset management, real estate development, construction and property management, brokerage and consulting. Mr. Belton serves as President of CDFS — Port Cameron.
Ted M. Falgout, Port Director of Operations for Port Cameron – Ted Falgout served as Port Director of Port Fourchon for 31 years before retiring in 2009. Falgout played an integral role in transforming the Port from a small fishing harbor to this nation’s most significant energy service port..
Upon retirement, Falgout created Ted M Falgout and Associates and has consulted on port and energy projects in Louisiana, South Carolina and Alaska. Ted M Falgout and Associates serves as Director of Operations for Port Cameron.
Roth Walsh, Esq. General Counsel of CDFS – Port Cameron – Roth is a graduate of LSU law center, and serves as general counsel for CDFS – Port Cameron. Roth Walsh is a real estate attorney and has been a partner in G. Allen Walsh & Associates since January of 2005. He graduated for from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center of Louisiana State University in the spring of 2004. The primary focus of the practice is commercial litigation, real estate law, political campaigns and general practice. In the commercial litigation practice the firm has represented banks, hedge funds, and private companies in both Federal and State court. The real estate practice has facilitated over five hundred million ($500,000,000.00) in financing for a variety of different types of real estate developments and been involved in bringing the developments from pre-development stages to the completion stage. Finally, the firm has managed political campaigns for local judges, appellate judges, federal judges, local councilmen, state representatives and state senators. This is a family firm that strives to provide all the services of a large firm with the personal attention only a small firm can provide.
John Graves, Project Manager/Engineer of Port Cameron – Mr. Graves is owner of Evans-Graves Engineers and he brings over 40 years of experience in property and engineering assessments for site selection, project management, transportation planning and analysis, boundary and topographic surveys, and civil engineering. Mr. Graves serves as a member of CDFS – Port Cameron Board of Directors, Port Cameron Project Manager and Chief Engineer.
Paul Rainwater, Director of Governmental Relation of CDFS – Port Cameron – Paul Rainwater is former Chief of Staff of Governor Bobby Jindal recently started his own lobbing and consulting firm. State restrictions prohibit Mr. Rainwater from lobbying the Governor’s office for a few years; however, he is free to lobby the Louisiana Legislature. Over the years, Mr. Rainwater also worked for U.S. Senator Mary Landrieu of Louisiana and former Governor Kathleen Blanco’s administration. Mr. Rainwater earned his bachelor’s degree in government from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, a master degree in international relations from Salve Regina University in Rhode Island and certified local government manager by Louisiana State University. Mr. Rainwater serves as a member of CDFS – Port Cameron board of directors and governmental relations consultant.
Robert W. Fenet, Esq., Executive Vice President of Finance, Strategic Partnerships and Development – Bob Fenet, a native of Lake Charles, studied law at the Notre Dame Law School at the University of London, England, and Louisiana State University (LSU) Law School. He received his Juris Doctorate of Law from LSU Law School in 1972. Following Law School, he pursued post-graduate work in France, receiving the Certificat de Langue Francaise from the University of Paris (Sorbonne), and the Certificat Pratique de Langue Francaise from the University of Grenoble. Mr. Fenet is a veteran of the litigation wars, having litigated cases from the Multnomah County Court in Portland, Oregon to San Juan, Puerto Rico, to Boston, Massachusetts to Cookville, Tennessee, to Houston Texas, to Savannah, Georgia, to Hartford Connecticut, to Tupelo Mississippi and points in between in the last 30 years. He has over 74 reported cases on Westlaw in the appellate courts of the United States and has been admitted to practice law in the Western District, Middle District and Eastern District of the Federal Courts in the State of Louisiana, the Southern District of Texas, the Eastern District of Texas, the Northern District of Mississippi, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal, the First Circuit Court of Appeal, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal, along with the United States Supreme Court.
Cory Kief, Business Development of Port Cameron – Cory Kief has been with Crosby Tugs, LLc since August 1, 2012 as their Director of Business Development and has assisted its growth into one of the largest privately owned marine transportation companies in the marine industry. He also handles the majority of their international business and governmental affairs. Cory started his career in 1976 as a deck hand on towing vessels for Doucet & Adams, Inc. and served in the capacity of General Manager until July 2012. He also simultaneously served as President of Offshore Towing, Inc. from July 2001 to July 2012. He is the President of the North Lafourche Drainage, Levee and Conservation District and the Vice President of the South Central Industrial Association.
Mike Falgout, Business Development of Port Cameron – Mike Falgout is a consultant for offshore and land oil and gas services and has professional experience as an Oil and Gas Landman as well as offshore experience on service vessels, production and construction of platforms. He is also part owner of Larose Gator Farm, an alligator farming business located in Larose, LA, which he operates with his father, Ted, and brother, Mark. Mike is also the founder of T-Bois Blues Festival, a small Blues festival in Larose, LA taking place each Spring. He handles all booking, promotion and all the day to day on-goings of T-Bois Blues. He also manages New Orleans based Blues musician Colin Lake.
Mike serves along with Cory Kief as Port Cameron Business Development specialists.
In 2008 Golden Triangle Development was re-incorporated in the State of Louisiana. He continues to consult developers with tax credit applications and corresponding grant applications that accompany it. He serves as Senior Vice President of CDFS- Port Cameron, LLC.
Kelly Longwell, Esq., Developer Counsel for CDFS – Port Cameron – Kelly Longwell is Director at Coats Rose Yale Ryman & Lee in the greater New Orleans area. Kelly served as partner with McGlinchey Stafford Law firm from 1999-2006 before joining Coats-Rose in 2007.She is a graduate of the New York University School of Law. She serves as Developer Counsel for CDFS-Port Cameron
Meridith Hawthrone, Esq. Bond Counsel for Port Cameron – Meredith is a graduate of Tulane University of Louisiana (J.D., cum laude, 1983). Member: Louisiana State and American Bar Associations; National Association of Bond Lawyers. Secretary, Board of Directors; former director; chairman, Professionalism Committee; former member of Steering Committee, National Association of Bond Lawyers. She serves as bond counsel for Port Cameron Master Financing transaction.
Rodney LeBlanc, CPA of CDFS – Port Cameron – Rodney P. LeBlanc, CPA, CGMA – Partner. Mr. LeBlanc performs all aspects of accounting with emphasis in auditing and reviews of real estate syndications and partnerships, insurance agencies, government agencies, and companies under federal, state and local regulations. He also focuses on tax preparation and planning, management consulting, and financing consulting. Additionally Mr. LeBlanc performs campaign finance accounting and compliance services. He serves as CDFS—Port Cameron CPA.
Mark Nicholas, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Real Estate Agents of Port Cameron – Mark Nicholas serves as Executive Vice President of the Jones Lang LaSalle Industrial group based in Houston, Texas. He assists buyers in their search for new facilities; landlords who are actively seeking new tenants; and tenants who are expanding/renewing leases for existing facilities, engaging in build-to-suit projects, designing and constructing their own facilities and land site acquisitions.
